Stuffed Bell Peppers - Low Carb Friendly
2 lbs ground hamburger meat
16 oz sliced mushrooms
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
6 bell peppers
12 slices sharp white cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375.
Halve peppers & remove seeds.
Cook meat, mushrooms & seasonings in frying pan until meat is done. Drain grease. Stuff peppers with meat filling. Top each stuffed pepper with a half slice of cheese. Bake at 375 for 25mins.
Top each cooked pepper with another half slice of cheese and bake for another 5 mins.
Eat and enjoy!
